Arrived late evening. Staff at reception desk not welcoming and borderline abrupt. Receptionist with a cold holding her nose tissue with same hand that she touched my cc and passport, no mask and no hand hygene. She provided minimal information. Unaware that fitness center close to gents from 10am-1pm, I had planned my work day to include a work out at 11 so great inconvenience. Check out staff rude and unprofessional, no greeting and extreme long wait without any apology Dining/breakfast room staff wonderful , market staff charming and helpful Would recommend front desk up lifting of personnel and ops

1. the hotel upgraded me to a 3-bedroom apartment, which I feel bit too much for a single stay. I would rather to have more service access than a 3-bedroom apartment with 2 empty rooms. 2. on my first night stay, there was no hot water in the apartment, I came back around midnight, very tired and cold, would like to have a hot shower, but no hot water, which was very bad experience. 3. on my second night around 2am, someone was ringing my door bell, whom did not look like hotel staff, and I noticed he was trying to push the service door of my apartment. This experience is really a security concern to stay at the hotel. 4. As a diamond member, I called front desk to confirm my breakfast, the front desk said they have to seek approval, and have to call me back. I assume my diamond member status should be on the record on my stay at the time I checked in the hotel. The experience is strange compared to other ACCOR hotels I stayed. The hotel is relatively nice, but the experience was really not good for Fairmont brand.
